Appointment Policy
We prefer and encourage our clients to make appointments for visits. Except in rare emergency cases, on-time appointments will always receive priority.
We will, however, do our best to accommodate and see "walk-in" clients. Walk-in clients may either wait for a gap in our appointment schedule, or drop-off their pet for later treatment and pickup. Unscheduled drop-off cases need to be in by 10:00 am to allow ample time for examination and treatment.
We expect all drop-off clients to leave two good contact phone numbers, and to pick up their pet(s) 30 minutes prior to our closing time. Pets not picked up by closing will be boarded overnight and charged an overnight fee.
DVC welcomes everyone. Please call and confer with the Receptionist for a plan that will work for both your schedule and ours. Our goal is to give every patient the time, attention, and high-quality treatment they deserve.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
