Dr. Roberts grew up in LA (lower
Alabama) on her family's beautiful farm near Clio. At
AuburnUniversity, she earned a B.S. degree in Animal Dairy Science (Pre-Vet) and graduated with honors from
Auburn's
College of
Veterinary Medicine in 1998. Dr. Roberts moved to
Atlanta following veterinary school and has practiced in Dunwoody for the past 11 years. Dr. Roberts has two furry children: Cosmo, the world's best orange cat, and Tater, a gray tabby cat. In her free time she enjoys Auburn football, traveling, reading, and spending time on the farm in
Alabama. Dr. Roberts is pictured with Emma an English Bulldog who is a member of the DVC staff.
Dr. Alisha Spivey
Associate Veterinarian
Dr. Spivey is a native of northern
Louisiana. She received her Bachelor's Degree in biology atNorthwesternStateUniversity, and then received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from
LouisianaStateUniversity in 2007. She relocated to the
Atlanta area for a small animal internal medicine and surgery internship at Georgia Veterinary Specialists, which she completed in 2008. After working full time at an emergency practice for a year, Dr. Spivey has since done relief work for multiple practices and emergency centers in the Atlanta Area. Dr. Spivey and her husband currently live in
Roswell with their many furry children, including 4 cats and 2 dogs.
